We want you to love your crafting experience; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened yarn and notions within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital patterns and opened multi-packs are final sale to ensure the quality of our inventory.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused yarn in its original packaging or a sturdy box. Ensure all skeins are clean and include your original packing slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
